| Description: | Carebastine is the active metabolite of Ebastine. Carebastine is ahistamine H1 receptorantagonist. Carebastine inhibits VEGF-induced HUVEC and HPAEC proliferation, migration and angiogenesis in a dose-dependent manner. Carebastine suppresses the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor. |
