| Description: | Apilimod is a cell permeable small molecule that specifically inhibits PIKfyve with an IC50 of 14 nM in an in vitro kinase assay. It is also an inhibitor of IL-12/23 and shows no activity toward other lipid kinases and protein kinases, including PIP4K, PIP5K, mTOR, PI3K and PI4K isoforms. |
