| Description: | Kushenol K, a flavonoid antioxidant isolated from the roots ofSophora flavescens. Kushenol K is acytochrome P-450 3A4 (CYP3A4)inhibitor with aKivalue of 1.35μM. Kushenol K shows weak antiviral activity againstHSV-2(EC50of 147μM). Kushenol K also inhibits the activity ofSGLT1 and SGLT2. |
