| Description: | Guanfu base A is an antiarrhythmic alkaloid isolated fromAconitum coreanum and is a potent noncompetitiveCYP2D6inhibitor, with a Ki of 1.20μM in human liver microsomes (HLMs) and a Ki of 0.37μM for the human recombinant form (rCYP2D6). Guanfu base A is also a potent competitive inhibitor ofCYP2Din monkey (Kiof 0.38μM) and dog (Kiof 2.4μM) microsomes. Guanfu base A also inhibitsHERGchannel current. |
