| Description: | Gallopamil (Methoxyverapamil), a methoxy derivative of Verapamil, is aphenylalkylamine calciumantagonist. Gallopamil inhibits acid secretion in a concentration-dependent manner with an IC50 of 10.9μM. Gallopamil is a potent antiarrhythmic and vasodilator agent. |
